Dover village council moves forward with three improvement projects funded by notes awarded to The First National Bank of Rocky River. The solicitor was instructed to pursue appropriation against Hanover Realty Co. for the town hall site, a three acre parcel once shared with the Odd Fellows Lodge and Westwood Inn. Slak screenings will be bought from gasoline tax funds for three streets. A July law change will allow municipalities greater use of gasoline tax for local roads. The council also approved a payment of seventy five dollars daily to the county board.
