Fragmentary local notice from Grafton parish sale
Incomplete OCR reads a local notice naming persons in Grafton parish and a sale action. The readable parts mention families and establishments and a continuing sale event, with unclear names and roles. The item appears as a damaged notice fragment rather than a full event description.
Local social notes highlight clubs, weddings and meetings
A crowded social calendar features a Four O Clock Club luncheon concluding the year with a review of Life of Jan Smuts, a Grace Guild Mothers’ Banquet with 64 guests, floral decorations and a one act comedy. Also noted are dance guests, bridal party details, a Spanish class dinner, and community efforts linked to the West Hemisphere goodwill policy.
