Healing a tormented mind through faith and action
A letter to a medical or clerical advisor discusses guilt after a grave sin and seeks forgiveness. The response cites Christian and pagan ideas, urging a new beginning, remission of sin, and restoration through faith, while contrasting spiritual healing with medical views on disease. The piece notes New York City origin and reflects 1929 era Tribune writing.
