Ex-Lorain law director faces new arrests on drug and driving counts
Former Lorain Law Director Mark Provenza, 60, who resigned in 2009 while jailed for crashing a van into a Lakewood home, was cited by Lorain police for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, and fictitious plates after a April 7 traffic stop on Broadway. He pleaded not guilty per Lorain Municipal Court records.
