Kerstetter Honored at National Law Enforcement Memorial in D.C.
Elyria Sgt. James Kerstetter, killed March 15, 2010, was added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial during a Washington ceremony. The memorial lists more than 19,000 names with 361 added for 2010 and earlier recognized deaths. Kerstetter’s name sits on east wall panel 17 line E as family attended with Elyria Police Chief Dwayne Whitley.
