Lorain County Vietnam Veterans Memorial organizers select Reservoir Park entrance on Route 57 in Grafton for the memorial. They plan a 16 foot tall bronze flag monument on black granite, 98 local soldiers' names to be inscribed, a 48 foot plaza, and stone prices at 50 and 100 dollars. Construction is planned next year with completion in one season.
