Josephine Majeski, 24, of 905 Oberlin road and a former waitress at Carey's Villa, was bound to the grand jury today on grand larceny charges for stealing a $1200 diamond ring and $50 in cash from Mrs. Helen Page. Her husband William, 31, was arrested for neglect of their ten month old child after the baby was found alone. a juvenile charge is expected. The ring was later returned.

Accidental Shooting Fatal To Columbia Toddler
The two year old Floyd Truxall Jr. died in Berea hospital from a gunshot wound inflicted accidentally by his five year old brother Steve who got the pistol from a dresser drawer. Police and coroner ruled the death accidental. The father, Floyd Truxall, works as a punch press operator at S and Z Machine Tool and Die Co. on Berea road.
