Three-Vehicle Turnpike Crash Kills Broadview Heights Man
Ohio Highway Patrol probes a three vehicle fatal crash on the Ohio Turnpike near Elyria shortly after 12:30 p.m. A Subaru Crosstrek driven by 23 year old Jackson Williams of Broadview Heights left the roadway and struck the concrete median then collided with the Peterbilt trailer driven by Jonathan Pate of Dallas and was hit by a Dodge Ram driven by Gary Clark of Centerville Michigan. Williams died at the scene. Pate and Clark were uninjured. All wore seatbelts. Responders included Elyria Fire Department LifeCare Lorain County Coroner’s Office and others.
