Not-Forgotten Box mom remembered for giving spirit
Rachel Stump, 75, longtime supporter of The Chronicle Telegram’s Not-Forgotten Box, died April 24 at Mercy New Life Center Lorain after COPD. She raised five children as a single parent while donating thousands to the toy drive and working three jobs when needed. Her family plans to continue her charity by contributing to the cause this year in her memory.
