The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety tested seven crossovers in the small overlap crash test. Nissan Murano led with good ratings. Jeep Wrangler and Hyundai Santa Fe, Jeep Cherokee, and Dodge Durango scored lower. Ford Flex was acceptable. Dodge Journey rated poor.
