Vermilion firm gets tax abatement for expansion
Coleys Inc of Vermilion receives a 10 year 25 percent property tax abatement for a new 16 000 to 25 000 square foot expansion at 1775 Liberty Ave. The plan includes investing 1 million to 1.8 million and creating at least six new jobs. The agreement was approved by Lorain County Commissioners Vermilion City Council and Vermilion Schools.
