Nye’s repeal push on Spanish arms embargo sparks debate
Boake Carter argues against Senator Nye’s plan to repeal the January 1937 Spanish arms embargo. He recalls past munitions debates and emphasizes preserving peace as Congress weighs Nye’s proposal.
