Two County Court Decisions Upheld by Ninth District Appeals
The Ninth District Court of Appeals on Friday affirmed two Lorain County Common Pleas Court decisions. One upheld a verdict for the City of Lorain after Burrell sued for 160000 for injuries from a traffic pole fall on Broad Street. The other denied a writ of mandamus forcing Avon Lake to issue a gas station building permit, citing Residential zoning and a prior nonconforming commercial use.
