The Farmers Home Administration offers loans to farm owners and rural property owners in towns up to 23500 people. Funds cover new modest rural dwellings, modernization, farm buildings, and related facilities with terms up to 23 years and 4 percent interest on unpaid principal. Loans can refinance debts and finance construction, improvements, or equipment.
