Car-truck wreck in Grafton Two injures three men
Three men were injured in a car-truck crash yesterday afternoon in Grattan Township. Roy L. Griggs 34 of Akron the bakery truck driver was hospitalized in critical condition with head injuries after being thrown through the windshield. The car occupants Alihne Tarker of Jacobsburgh Ohio and Robert Maclin 24 of Proctor W Va were admitted in serious and fair condition respectively. The eastbound car failed to stop for a stop sign at RL 57 and RL 76 intersection, colliding broadside with the southbound trailer truck, sending the truck onto its side and tossing Griggs about 10 feet from the wreck.
