Superheroes rally kids for Elyria’s hero weekend
In Elyria’s Ely Square a crowd gathered as 30 children chosen by Super Heroes to Kids in Ohio dressed as superheroes acted out battles across the city. Five year old Adam Szudarek in a Spider Man suit climbed a post to survey the scene as parents watched and cheered. The event, part of Super Heroes Weekend, aims to bring joy to children with serious illnesses and disabilities. A villainous Lex Luthor was portrayed by attorney Tim Misny at The Chronicle-Telegram.
