Diebold Inc announces the acquisition of TASC Security, a London based electronic security systems maker. Myles Hick to become president of the subsidiary. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. TASC products include alarms access control CCTV and video surveillance. Diebold in 2004 revenue about 2.4 billion with 14 000 employees.
