Reports from Crin Sburg Indiana describe a May 3 passenger train collision injuring several, including a 32 year old woman with a fractured skull and a 26 year old man mildly hurt. Ex congressman Manuel Herrick of Oklahoma, known as the daredevil of congress, was arrested on a downtown street corner for disorderly conduct and insulting Miss Ethel M Crane. A search revealed a list with names and addresses of nearly fifty capital figures and a perfume bottle. Herrick claimed he was a private detective investigating a white slave ring and said he had immunity from arrest. He posted $5 collateral for appearance in May at the pokes court.
