Elyria Mall sale to ICP approved for 17 million dollars

Lorain County Port Authority unanimously agreed to sell the 58 acre Midway Mall to Industrial Commercial Properties of Cleveland for 17 million. ICP plans a 25 million upgrade, creating about 400 jobs and 18 to 20 million in payroll while repaying a 13.9 million county loan from 2023.
