Coal operator sues over new mine dust rules
Murray Energy, based in Ohio, filed a federal appeal in Cincinnati challenging the Mine Safety and Health Administration rule reducing coal dust exposure from 2.0 to 1.5 mg per cubic meter, arguing the standard is unachievable and costly.
