Trial date set for woman accused of plotting to kill daughter
Sheila Carn 48 of Apple Avenue Lorain is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. May 11 before Judge Kosma J. Glavas in Common Pleas Court. Prosecutors say Carn offered 3000 to a police informant to kill her daughter Renetta Corn to obtain custody of the children and spoke of buying an Uzi and silencers for a possible invasion. Carn has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
