County Commissioner Mary Jo Vasi files a complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission over Blair campaign literature and a local ad. She says the material makes her look like Blair's supporter, while she backs challenger Lilian Leach. Vasi says the quote was taken out of context about interoffice teamwork.
