New Orleans May 1 Mrs Tosie Y Foltz a 14% year old high school teacher of Sept La is routined today in a room in an Op oTatas La hotel under guard of police. Postoffice inspectors charge the pretty young teacher with placing in the United States mails a parcel post package addressed to Miss Ethel Matlyn Duncan Okla containing the body of an infant. Authorities say she has confessed.
