Lorain County sees two major land deals closed totaling about 13 million dollars. Mid American Management bought 15.89 acres of industrial land in Sheffield for 73 million, while Robert Stark and Cleveland Indians owner Richard E Jacobs paid 54 million for 222 acres north of I-90 near Lear Nagle Road and the Manco facility in Avon. The sales mark the year’s largest Lorain County purchases but stop short of the all time record.
