Norwalk Not Affected by Ohio Edison Rate Hike
Norwalk will not see a 25 percent rate increase from Ohio Edison. Mayor Wayne C. Goodsite said Tony Gorant of Ohio Edison assured him Norwalk is not among cities to face higher charges. Rates here cannot rise before May 1974 due to a two year moratorium from last October’s power plant sale agreement.
