Handwriting experts testified the late Kohlmyer’s signature on a contested will appears forged after comparing it with numerous checks from the deceased. Ed Brown of People's Bank stated he has seen the signature hundreds of times and believed the will signature is a forgery. S. E. Leslie demonstrated differences on a blank page to show discrepancies between the genuine signature and the contested one, despite defense objections.
