Rec center cost surprises Lorain councilmen
Lorain plan for a 210000 recreation center surprised councilmen at the parks and recreation committee meeting. The board had asked 85000 to refurbish the old building. The committee voted to concur with the plan and refer financing to the auditor administration and revenue sharing committee.
