In Sheffield Lake close to 40 relatives gathered at Community Park for a candlelight vigil honoring Ryan Scott, a two year old who died after a difficult life. Sisters Kayla and Stephanie wore his picture and the nickname Bubba on their coats as their mother Sherri Yost offered comfort and reflections on accountability. Ryan died at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland a year ago, the day after he was BERED AQ.

Pilot downed in Yugoslavia rescued hours later
