Dorothy Konczal, set to wed Sgt Frederick Rouse next month, was toasted at a Sunday shower in Immaculate church hall, Grafton. Altar Set To Be Dedicated At Grafton Church
A dedicatory prayer will be added to the Grafton Methodist service on Sunday March 30 as a new altar set funded by the Gleaner’s class and Mr and Mrs Guy Finlayson is installed for permanent use. The set features a large cross on a hexagonal base with IHS monogram, matching vases and candles. Grafton MYF groups join sixteen youths and six adults for a trip to Elyria to see Quo Vadis. Auto convoy was led by Ray Brehm and three others. next Sunday the Senior MYF hosts Rev. Youth Group Plans Skating Party After Lent
Belden town hall hosted about 25 youths of the Eastern Rural Youth Group to view films including This Is America to Me. Jim Cummins led the business session which set a skating party for late April and named a committee for ticket distribution at the April meeting.
