Biden signs $1.2 trillion spending package in Wilmington
President Joe Biden signed a $1.2 trillion package of full year spending bills ending a threatened government shutdown. The measure funds Veterans Affairs Agriculture Interior Defense Homeland Security and other agencies and totals about $1.66 trillion including Ukraine aid remains separate. Biden urged Congress to pass a bipartisan national security supplemental and border reform package to secure borders and support security objectives.
