Lorain teacher’s killer seeks damages over wiretaps

Lorain bomber Orville E. Stifel seeks 60,000 in a federal suit against four postal inspectors. He claims illegal wiretaps between July and October 1968 in Cincinnati area aided his conviction for the 1968 bomb death of Daniel Ronee in Lorain. He requests 25,000 compensatory and 35,000 punitive damages, with a default judgment sought March 7.

Sadat heads for U S signing as Begin arrives cheerful

Norwalk A&P to close. 172 stores nationwide shut down
