Ridgeville residents protest pit bull attack case

Lorain man sentenced for attack in 2002 case
Robert Daniels of Lorain was ordered to four years for felonious assault and six months for domestic violence by Judge Judith Cross in County Common Pleas Court after a one day trial. Prosecutors said Daniels attacked a woman, striking her and seizing a hammer during the July 2002 incident. He was previously convicted in a 1997 case involving a pregnant woman.
