SEC approves plan to aid Four Seasons Nursing Centers
The SEC gave general approval to a bankruptcy plan for Four Seasons Nursing Centers Inc. Ohio would receive stock shares in the reorganized company valued at seven times one dollar of the state’s four million loan. The plan could let the state recover up to one million dollars, but officials warned the stock may be worth far less than its face value.
