Ostomy Association Forms Local Chapter
Armoia Sates of 1444 East Erie Jr Ave Lorain is named chair of a new Ostomy Association chapter formed by sixteen area patients. The national group has 42 clubs in the United States and Canada and last year held a Cleveland convention. The clubs visit ostomy patients before and after surgery to improve morale and preparation for the procedure. The local meeting is set for 2:30 PM on the 31st at the Cancer Society office and welcomes ostomy patients from Loggia and nearby counties.
