Building permit approved for chemical waste plant
Cleveland based Alchem-Tron Inc seeks to build an $8 to $12 million industrial waste facility on 90 acres along Infirmary Road. High temperature incineration, chemical neutralization, and deep well injection planned. City Solicitor Ferguson said permit would be approved today, enabling dismissal of a $7 million civil suit against the city and 14 officials.
