Vermilion man charged with three counts of felo nious assault in HIV cases
Brandon S. Shullick 27 of Vermilion is charged with three felonious assault counts after admitting to sexual intercourse with several women while knowing he had HIV and failing to disclose it. Police say the charges stem from multiple women testing positive for HIV and naming Shullick. He is jailed in Lorain County on a $150000 bond. Court records show a 60 day sentence for an unrelated petty theft charge.
