Two men found guilty in Pa schoolyard slaying

Kennell Spady and Kareem Johnson were convicted of first degree murder for fatally shooting 10 year old Faheem Thomas Childs outside Petrce Elementary School in North Philadelphia on Feb 11 2004. A carbine rifle and an assault weapon were used as witnesses testified amid a culture of fear and silence. The judge scheduled sentencing for April 28 with potential life without parole.

Videoed Attacks by Newport News Gang Involve Juveniles

Police in Newport News Virginia say a neighborhood gang filmed itself beating people with a trash can slamming a man with a bicycle and robbing others at gunpoint. Six youths and two men aged 11 and 19 were arrested with three more suspects identified.
