Brook Park boy to face arson charges in Sheffield Lake fire
A 13 year old Brook Park youth who admitted starting a fire at a Sheffield Lake home during a pajama party will be charged with arson and involuntary manslaughter. Judy Noell, 32, died from smoke inhalation in the blaze at 4865 Richelieu Avenue. Fire officials said all other guests escaped and the youth was later released to his parents.
