L. W. Capell 38 of Snow road Ridgeville township remained unconscious at Elyria Memorial Hospital 22 hours after a Route 10 Root road collision. Capell, a Rocky River park board watchman, was driving to work when struck by an east bound Detroit driver Pete Patrick. Patrick's car carried John Bednarchids 26 of Detroit who had a severe chin laceration and Isa Neverus a former Elyria resident now of Detroit with a broken right leg.
