Keystone seeks millage for community recreation center
Keystone Elementary may become a community recreation center if Issue 3 a 5.95 mill levy passes May 6. The district plans a partnership with YMCA of Greater Cleveland Lorain County Health Department and the village to convert parts of the building with a $300 000 grant from the health department. If the levy fails the property may be sold to fund schools and a center may not be built.
