Council backs Noll with 5.9 million budget plan
North Ridgeville approves a 5.696 million appropriations package along with a 5 piggyback tax on license plate fees. The plan cuts the safety service director position, trims the general fund by about 21 percent, and requires one-staff reductions in building and street departments.
