Walter L. Cleveland a 47 year old Cleveland garage operator was bound to the grand jury under a 1000 bond after a preliminary hearing on a manslaughter charge. The Avon Lake crash at 2 30 AM on March 8 killed Fritz Buehler 20 and seriously injured Anthony Camerieri 17 both of Cleveland. Testimony showed Cleveland was under the influence of liquor according to Avon Lake Marshal John Berchak and Deputy Hudak.
