Twenty seven indictments are returned by the Lorain County grand jury after a three day session led by foreman W J Hilli and Prosecutor D Baird. Elyria residents named include Hewey Price Jun Fizpatrich and Ales Beri. Fined man pleads guilty in liquor case
Andrew Sarosi of 265 West River street was fined 400 dollars and costs after pleading guilty to possession of intoxicating liquor. Two Interurban Cars Crash Near Wellsburg
One man is dead and several injured after two Steubenville Wheeling Interurban cars collided head on near Wellsburg. Elmer Maharty, 64, of Wellsburg, a passenger, and Wellsburg resident Wilt Kirk Charles Lewis, 43, were among the injured and feared dead.
