Steubenville trial opens over intoxicated teen case
Prosecutor says a 16 year old girl, "substantially impaired," could not consent to sex after an alcohol fueled party in Steubenville. Two high school football players Trent Mays and Ma lik Richmond face charges for digital penetration and other counts as the case splits the town over accountability and influence of the local team.
