Oberlin stages Britten's Dream in sold out hall
The Oberlin Opera Theater at Oberlin College presented Benjamin Britten's Dream of Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream at Hall Auditorium last evening. The production earned praise for its cohesiveness, polished performances, and faithful text while noting some wooden moments and a few missteps, with a strong finish and lighthearted fairy mischief from Puck.
