State Officials Clash Over Annexed School Property Transfer
A state official contends school buildings in annexed areas transfer to the city district, while the county prosecutor upholds a January ruling that buildings do not become city property. Roche cites Revised Code 3311.06 and 3313.37, noting transfers hinge on full versus partial annexations and state board approval.
