Elyria school employees will again receive the cost of living increment funded by the state subsidy. If the legislature votes $8,000,000 for this purpose, about $24,000 will go to Elyria schools, with $152 to each employee and $144 for other staff. The board tentatively based on expected funds and noted a possible $9,000,000 total could shift maintenance funds, not wages.
