Lottery tickets may be sold at the state fair
The Ohio Lottery Commission seeks legislative approval to sell lottery tickets at the Ohio State Fair and to allow instant tickets through qualifying charitable groups and traveling show wagons. The proposal estimates up to 3 million in revenue, with the state receiving about 1 to 1.2 million.

At 1:30 am police arrested Mark Lo Hughes of 414 Furnace Street and 126 Powell Street for disorderly conduct. At 8:15 pm an aggravated burglary occurred at 239 Sixth Street. At Warst Court an officer arrested Stanley H Spanski of 594 Broad Street for driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, unsafe motor vehicle and expired plates. On March 11 at 12:21 am Daniel A Croft of 262 Harwood Street was arrested at 100 Washington Avenue for disorderly conduct. A second aggravated burglary was reported at 1066 Garden Street.
