A 6 30 tureen supper preceded a program recalling the church’s history including scenes of its founding in 1881 and the building’s Last Will and Testament. The 3 part program touched on memories, future plans, and lingering parking issues.

Teacher Hurt As Car Skids On Icy Route 57
Miss Carolyn Vandersall a 21 year old Amherst school teacher suffered possible fracture to her right hip and a cut above the left eye when her car skidded on ice struck a culvert and toppled near Route 57 east of Grafton. She was en route to Belden to substitute and was taken to Elyria Memorial Hospital.
