Weather postpones World Trade Center memorial event
The Lorain County ceremony and procession to welcome a 28-foot steel I-beam from the World Trade Center was moved to Monday due to a forecast of 6 to 10 inches of snow. The beam will be split into four pieces for memorials at Mapleton Schools, North Fairfield Fire Department, the Northern Ohio Fraternal Order of Leatherhead Society, and the local district.
